Official Rules and Legal Information
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
EACH INDIVIDUAL ENTRY HAS EQUAL ODDS OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The “SHOW-SAFE Season of Safety Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and board members of SHOW-SAFE, Corp. (“Sponsor”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective household members) are not eligible to participate. Only individuals may enter, not organizations. Sweepstake is void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 22, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 5, 2026.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry
A. Free Entry (No Purchase or Donation Required):
Visit the SHOW-SAFE booth during operating hours to receive one (1) free entry. Operating hours will be a minimum of 9am-2pm daily on December 11–13 and 10am-1pm December 14, 2025 at Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, excluding 30 minute lunch breaks.
Mail-in Entries: Clearly handprint your name, address, phone number, and email address on a 3”x5” card and place it in its own stamped envelope and send to:

B. Donation/Membership Entry (Optional):
Donations, memberships, and renewals provide entries, as outlined in the campaign structure. Specific entry multipliers apply during promotional phases.
Important: Each individual entry has equal odds of winning.
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Mail in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025.
5. Campaign Structure
Standard entry structure:
Donations are not required but provide entries as follows:
Memberships & Renewals:
Become a first time Lifetime Individual Member at any level = 20 entries
Renew any prior annual individual membership = 20 entries
Recurring Donations:
Start any recurring Ring Leader monthly donation = 20 entries
All Donations :
$5 = 1 entry
$10 = 3 entries
$15 = 5 entries
$20 = 8 entries
Every additional $20 = 8 entries
Specific entry multipliers during promotional phases:
Phase 1: October 22 – November 12, 2025 (“Double Double Match Challenge”)
Double Donation Entries:
$5 = 2 entries
$10 = 6 entries
$15 = 10 entries
$20 = 16 entries
Every additional $20 = +16 entries
Phase 2: November 13 – November 30, 2025
Standard entries continue
Phase 3: November 30 – December 6, 2025 (“Giving Tuesday”)
1.5 Boost in $20 increments only
Every $20 = 12 entries
Phase 4: December 6 – December 11, 2025
Standard entries continue
Phase 5: December 11 – December 31, 2025 (“Orlando Booth & SHOW-SAFE Anniversary”)

Every $20 = 12 entries
Entries are exclusive to the primary donor contribution amount. No donor match programs, including Employer and SHOW-SAFE private donor match, are applied toward entries.
End: Jan. 2026: Winner announced.
6. Limitations
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Automated, bulk, or fraudulent methods of entry are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Sponsor reserves the right to enforce caps for fairness at 800 entries per person.
7. Prizes
Grand Prize: One (1) $5,000 USD cash prize.
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash alternatives allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each individual entry has equal odds of winning.
9. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 5, 2026. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days.
If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, fails to respond, or is otherwise deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Once the winner is confirmed, it will be posted on SHOW-SAFE’S Facebook & Instagram accounts.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. If the prize is valued at $600 or more Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner.
11. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if technical issues, fraud, or other factors compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry process or act in violation of these rules.
If the sponsor uses any social media platform to promote Sweepstakes, said platform (including Facebook and Instagram) is in no way sponsoring, endorsing, or administering the Sweepstakes and are released from liability by the participants and sponsor.
Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules.
13. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Winner List
